Name: Destiny
Age: 14

Roleplaying Experience: I've mainly played originals, but over the last year (I started roleplaying last April, around this time) I have joined many roleplaying sites, and progressed from a one-liner to a 3-4 paragrapher. I have played male, female, adult, student, prefect & head girl characters. I have also taught nearly every subject on the normal HP syllabus. I even own an extremely successful site, and I love to RP.

Character Information
Full Name: Harry James Potter
Birthdate: 31 July 1990
Age: 17
House//Year: Gryffindor/7th Year
Blood: Pureblood [with a muggle born mother]
Position on the War: Order
-Appearance
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 145 Kg
Physical Health: He is good condition, albeit a little skinny, along with being a little short. He is fast and wry, with amazing endurance qualities.
Appearance: Harry Potter has faced a lot in his life, some of which has shaped his appearance. His eyes, like his mothers, are a brilliant shade of green. His hair, obviously inherited from his father, is black and incurably messy, sticking up in the back. He also has a single fringe on his forehead.
His long time with the dursleys in the cupboard under the stairs, with little food and a lot of exercise running away from Dudley and his thugs has made him strong, enduring and wry. He wears glasses, which were first attached with sellotape, but are now fixed, thanks to Hermione.
From the beginning, there was only one thing Harry liked about his appearance, a thin scar shaped like a lightning bolt, often hidden by his fringe. That was before he found out how he gained it, though. It was the scar left with him the day his parents died. Now, he has another scar. "I must not tell lies" is etched faintly at the back of his hand.
-Personality
Strengths: Determination, bravery, willpower, magical strength
Weaknesses: Dementors (not since he learned patronus, though), homework, divination, potions
Point of Views: Harry believes that the Order of Phoenix should be opened to younger wizards, but he doesn't really think too much about SPEW.
Personality: Harry has always been somewhat impulsive and friendly. He is not aggressive, something that is shown from the fact that he did not fight Dudley, but instead chose to hide. He has always been brave though, right from the time he was young. He embodies the personalities of all the four houses, with his bravery, wits, loyalty and ambition, but his choice not to be in Slytherin was what really shaped him, making him the heir to Gryffindor.
Harry was never too much of a perfectionist. He has always been waiting till the last moment, even with Hermione trying to edge him on. Harry admires Hermione and her work, which is why he often goes to her for help. In the recent years, what with everything that has been happening, Harry has developed quite a bit of a temper. These days, he feels like he is always angry. Angry with his parents for leaving him so soon, angry with voldermort for killing them, angry with the death eaters for killing Sirius, angry with Sirius for risking his life, angry with Snape for killing Dumbledore, angry with the ministry, angry with his only friends. His life has been something of a tragedy, something he wishes to forget by getting angry.
Harry has always had a active conscience and has been guilty about a lot of things he has done and said. That was why he ventured after Hermione that morning when the troll was out, and made up with Ron countless number of times. He has always felt sorry for people, though he can't bear an insult to his parents. He likes to be fair, something that he exibited by telling Cedric about the first tournament. Recent events have wreaked him, as has seeing so many deaths at such a young age.
He has a determined spirit, and is going to go after Voldermort no matter what happens. He always feels he has something to "live up to" but he has always felt he doesn't know how to do so. Now, with the horucruxes, he is determined to aveng all the deaths that Voldermort has caused. Finally, he has shed all caution and all support, and has truly become reckless. He no longer cares too much about himself, but more about killing Voldermort.
Since a long, long, time he has relied on his friends for help, guidance and just a little bit of fun. However, he is also very determined not to let them risk their lives for him. He believes that if they do so, he will be the cause of yet another death, something which he will not come to be. Also, he has inherited a certain diregard for rules from his father, something which has helped him at times, and got him into a lot of trouble at other times. He has been having a lot of nightmares recently, even more than he usually had, and his optimism is starting to fail.
-History
Nationality: English
Hometown: Godric's Hollow
Family: Mother: Lily (Evans) Potter; killed 31 Oct 1981 by Lord Voldemort at Godric’s Hollow.
Father: James Potter; killed 31 Oct 1981 by Lord Voldemort at Godric’s Hollow.
Aunts, Uncles: Petunia Dursley, Vernon Dursley.
Cousins: Dudley Dursley.
History: We'll start a little before Harry in this story, the time of the marauders. Four young people, not too alike, on midnight missions with a werewolf. Illegal animagus, transforming on full moon nights. A young man, attracted to a girl who hated him. A target, who later had to be saved by them. A map, the most ingenous of their kind. A legacy, to always be remembered. A wedding, one of it's kind, the one least expected. Then, a charm, put to save them. A son, barely two month old. The transfer of the keeper from his best friend to the traitor. An evil lord, out to kill. A flash of green light, to kill the parents, and the boy, the boy who lived.
Then, there was the Dursleys. The torturous days and nights in the cupboard under the stairs. The incedents with their son, and the discovery of being able to talk to snakes. Then one day, a letter arrived, and his entire life changed. However, getting a letter was not so simple, so Hagrid himself had to come to deliver it. It was the start of a new life.
Then, the six years at Hogwarts. The numerous deaths. Defeating Voldermort, learning that he was a parseltongue. Knowing that he was indeed the boy who lived. Making friends with two amazing people. Gaining a godfather. The learning of the prophecy. Thinking that at last, life was normal. Then, the deaths that followed. The horucruxes, the hard reality that Voldermort was close to invincible. The marriage of friends, in the middle of difficult times. The cry of the phoenix, the drawing of Gryffindors sword. And finally, the discovery of being the Heir to Gryffindor.
Over the past 17 years, Harry has had an expanisive history. It all started with Voldermort, and is bound to end with Voldermort. After all, "Neither can live while the other survives." It appears that the final battle is very close, and Harry only hopes for no more deaths, and no more bloodshed. No more anger, and no more hurt.
