Nearly four hundred years ago, when Remus Lupin was nearing ninety years of age, he decided to make a school. He daydreamed about the times when he was a little boy at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. His three friends became illegal animagus kids just to keep him company when there was a full moon. Now, animagus adults that had kids together had... animagus children. They didn't do it illegally, their children were born that way. Originally, he just wanted the school to be a safe haven for illegal animagus children, where they could walk around in animal form and in human form. He realized that he couldn't freely talk about his school as a place for animagus children, so he had an idea. He called the school Lupin's School for the Mentally Disturbed.
Once the word got out to the parents of animagus children, they sent their children to that school, claiming they were rebels, had temper problems, or anything of the sort. Really, though, they were animagus kids that went to school to learn magic like any other young witch or wizard. However, once word got out about the school to non-animagus witches and wizards, real mentally disturbed kids were sent to the school. Surprisingly, this was nearly four hundred years after the school was established.
Students are beginning to become confused. How can they separate the non-animagus from the animagus children? This place that was once a fun place where they could hang out with friends and be who they really were, and now? They had to hide their true selves for the first time ever. And on top of that, the school is slowly being discovered. The government is starting to see that there are a lot of animagus people out there that they don't know about, and they're hiring more and more people to keep watch for them in public places. They're even starting to suspect children in schools, and have hired spies in their teenage years to go to these schools and get information!
The school is filled with tension, every student in panic. Even the 'regular' or mentally disturbed kids are feeling watched with every step they take. Animagus students can no longer walk freely in their animagus forms, not only because of the other students who have no ability, but because if they do, they may be hauled off to prison.
So what do you want to do? Will you be a spy - one who betrays their fellow classmates - or mentally disturbed, finding out things you never wanted to know? Or will you be the animagus kid, the one who couldn't control their own genes?
